Multikultura is a member of the Civic Dialogue for Culture at the Office of the Municipality of Krakow. Therefore Multikultura is representing the Municipality of Krakow http://www.kdokultura.blogspot.com/ It was established by the government to inspire cooperation among the entrepreneurs, public institutions and local NGOs with emphasis on disadvantaged groups. Members of MULTIKULTURA are the co founders of the first international twin town agreement Kraków- Nuremberg in 1991. Continuing this good practices MULTIKULTURA is in constant cooperation with always growing number of European cities, actively participating in the Euro network of CITIES IN INTERNET http://www.mwi.pl/
MULTIKULTURA create and explore innovative methods of community learning in frame of tween town cooperation. Education is targeted to a wide range of participants including children, elderly & disabled. In order to respond to the educational challenge of aging population in Europe MULTIKULTURA and other Polish NGOs set up the initiative of building a community of digital education leaders – that is the volunteers who help to provide senior citizens with pathways for improving their knowledge and competences. http://mwi.pl/aktualnosci/206-memorial-polski-internet-rownych-szans.html . The volunteers are called the "lighthouse keepers".

From 2005 The Union of Associations MULTIKULTURA provides, for EU citizens on-line accessibility of cultural heritage as Europe's collective memory. As a member of the Polish National Digital Library, MULTIKULTURA delivers daily on-line classes on collective poetry writing & translating. Application of five cycles of education dawn-loadable on www.eMultipoetry.eu.
For each EU project MULTIKULTURA implement, an e-learning methodology is develop and audiovisual materials are published for Europe-Wide dissemination among educational institutions.
